Easy Sudoku Online is designed to let you play Sudoku without creating an account. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be stored or processed when you use the website.

Information stored on your device

The site may use browser localStorage to save your puzzle progress, notes, timer, selected difficulty, helper counts, completed dates, local streak, display name, avatar choice, settings, and a random player key used to recognize your own leaderboard submissions on the same browser. This information stays in your browser unless you submit a leaderboard score.

Leaderboard submissions

If you submit a score, we store the display name and avatar you choose, puzzle ID, source date/page, difficulty, solve category, elapsed time, hints, checked mistakes, score value, country code when available, and technical anti-abuse hashes derived from browser or network information. We do not ask for your email, real name, account password, full board answers, or your complete solving process.

Analytics and advertising

Easy Sudoku Online may use analytics or advertising services to understand general usage, improve pages, and support the free game. These services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Advertising should not require you to create an account to play.

Cookies and local controls

You can clear localStorage and cookies in your browser settings. Clearing site data may remove saved puzzle progress, display name, avatar, and your ability to reconnect the browser with previous leaderboard entries.

Children's privacy

Easy Sudoku Online is a general-audience puzzle site and is not directed at collecting personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Data retention

Leaderboard records may be retained to keep daily and weekly boards functional, detect abuse, and maintain aggregate country counts. We may remove records that appear spammy, offensive, or technically invalid.
